Kathy Schmidt

Kathy Schmidt worked in human resources, leadership coaching, and organizational development in the high-tech industry for 25 years. She found that coaching employees for meaningful and lasting change was challenging in that environment, so she pursued a master’s degree in transpersonal psychology with an emphasis in dreamwork and coaching. She now facilitates dream circles.

She believes the unconscious psyche is an undiscovered landscape meant to be explored: the parts of us unknown and disowned. “For me personally, I am continually on a path of growth. With greater awareness of my shadows and the unconscious, I can remove limiting patterns and reach higher potentials.” Carl Jung stated it beautifully,  “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.” Kathy’s greatest hope is that doing this work will bring more peace, harmony, and kindness to the world.
